Question 1

How do I know which tire size fits my car?

Accepted Answer

Your tire size is printed on the sidewall of your current tire (for example 225/45 R17) and on the sticker inside the driver's door. Send a photo of either to Abu Al-Ragheb Tires on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the size and the brands in stock.

Question 2

Which tire brand is best for Jordan's roads?

Accepted Answer

There is no single best brand — the right tire depends on your car, how you drive and your budget. Abu Al-Ragheb Tires has carried every major brand since 1963, from Pirelli, Michelin, Continental, Goodyear and Bridgestone to value brands, so we recommend from the whole market, not from one agency.

Question 3

Are Chinese tires safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when you buy the right ones. Abu Al-Ragheb Tires has worked directly with Chinese manufacturers since 2015 and only stocks lines that meet the same DOT/ECE standards as European brands. We'll tell you plainly which ones we'd put on our own cars.

Question 4

What's the difference between summer, all-season and all-terrain tires in Jordan?

Accepted Answer

Jordan's summers are hot and dry and its winters are short but can bring ice in Amman and the north. For most drivers an all-season tire is the practical choice; sports cars benefit from summer tires; 4x4s that leave the asphalt need all-terrain or mud-terrain tires. Drivers in the highlands should ask us about winter grip between December and February.

Question 5

How often should I change my tires?

Accepted Answer

Replace tires when the tread reaches 1.6 mm, when you see cracks or bulges, or when they are more than five to six years old — whichever comes first. The DOT date code is on the sidewall; every Abu Al-Ragheb Tires branch checks it for free.

Question 6

How much do tires cost in Jordan?

Accepted Answer

It depends on size, brand and type. Abu Al-Ragheb Tires doesn't publish prices online because stock and offers change daily — send your size on WhatsApp and you'll get a quote within minutes, usually with two or three options at different price points.

Question 7

Do you have offers or payment options?

Accepted Answer

We run offers throughout the year and special pricing for companies and fleets. Ask on WhatsApp for current offers and the payment options available at your branch.

Question 8

Can I order tires online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Find your size in the Tire Finder, tap "Get price on WhatsApp", and we confirm price, availability and a fitting slot at the branch nearest you — or send Faz3a to fit them where you are.

Question 9

Do your tires come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Every tire sold by Abu Al-Ragheb Tires is genuine and factory-fresh, covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your invoice — it's your warranty record.

Question 10

What is Faz3a?

Accepted Answer
